The Sculptura project by Phu My Hung officially launched on the morning of November 9, attracting 750 attendees. All 75 units were sold within just one hour.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sales event took place at the Phu My Hung Sales Gallery in the former District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Each guest received a code to participate in a draw to determine the apartment selection order. After one hour, all 75 units had been successfully transacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project\u2019s appeal stems from its lifestyle value, residential experience, and the developer\u2019s strong reputation. It targets buyers who prioritize design quality, amenities, and a vibrant residential community. According to the developer, being positioned as a premium project, The Sculptura features luxury-level planning and design, with a limited number of units – 83% of which are three-bedroom apartments ranging from 109 to 127 sqm, along with a few Tophouse units measuring between 182 and 226 sqm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As demand exceeded supply, the draw process was carried out publicly in compliance with guidelines issued by the Ministry of Construction<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sculptura is built on a 2,370 sqm site along Ha Huy Tap Street, in the heart of the Hillview District, known for its low construction density, with 60% of the space allocated to low-rise housing. The 12-story building was designed by DP Architects (Singapore), renowned for international landmarks such as Resorts World Sentosa and The Dubai Mall. Interior materials and furnishings are sourced from leading European brands, including Gessi and Villeroy & Boch. The development\u2019s resort-style amenities include an infinity pool, gym, sauna, BBQ area, and children\u2019s playground \u2014 catering to both daily living and relaxation needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the developer, The Sculptura recorded the highest competition rate ever seen in Phu My Hung\u2019s sales events, with purchase registrations exceeding available units by tenfold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The atmosphere at the launch event was lively. All attendees completed the eligibility verification process, while on-site staff provided consultation, assisted with procedures, and facilitated payments to ensure a smooth transaction process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Lan, a resident of Midtown, shared that she already owns three Phu My Hung apartments and intends to continue investing in The Sculptura. She cited the developer\u2019s legal transparency and reliable construction progress as key reasons for her trust. \u201cI\u2019ve invested in many Phu My Hung projects, and each time I\u2019ve experienced their professionalism and transparency at every step\u201d, she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. M\u1ef9 H\u01b0\u01a1ng, from Tan Thuan Ward, another long-time investor, expressed satisfaction with the project\u2019s quality. She praised The Sculptura\u2019s location and its timely launch amid the vibrant southern market, adding that prices remain reasonable compared to neighboring areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Minh Th\u01b0, from the former District 7, commented on the energetic atmosphere at the launch, reflecting the project\u2019s strong appeal. \u201cPhu My Hung is always meticulous with every product, which is why I continue to choose them\u201d, she said. This time, she decided to buy for personal use rather than investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another investor, Truc Phuong from Nam Thong 2B, Phu My Hung, shared her long-standing connection with the developer\u2019s projects. She and her family came to purchase because they highly value the project\u2019s design, location, and the developer\u2019s professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also on November 9, Phu My Hung introduced another project – The Regency – a luxury apartment development that marks a symbolic part of the Phu My Hung 2.0 phase. Located at The Crescent Strip – the heart of the city center – The Regency quickly drew attention. According to data from the developer\u2019s app system, registration for the evening launch event was highly active.
